Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. However, we want to make your shopping experience on Vorda (or vörda in Swedish) as enjoyable as possible. Please contact our Customer Support Team either by contact form or via online chat to request a return. Upon authorization of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the return of the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For certain items that require repackaging, a restocking fee will be charged.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition

- Any items are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the cost of return shipping ($6.99) will be deducted from your refund amount.
